Apache + php + mysql cannot connect to remote DB Permission denied

Long story short, ’cause I’m very busy setting up some major stuff:

setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect_db 1

Took me hours to zero in, and eventually that came from the same old

sealert -a /var/log/audit/audit.log
